ARe You and Putt-Putt Golf The Same Company?
Putt-Putt® Golf and Games is our former company. We maintain the historical and original courses. However, we are now Alley Cats Entertainment.
Still owned an operated by the same great folks.
Is There An Entry Fee?
No, we only require you to pay for whichever activities you choose.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Cash, and all major credit cards. Gift cards, example: Visa will not be accepted for alcohol purchases.
Alley Cats gifts cards will not be accepted for alcohol purchases. We do not accept personal checks.
What Time ARe Your Peak Hours?
It varies day by day; usually, our peak hours on the weekends are all day.
May I bring my own food & Drinks?
We do not allow any outside food, drinks, or alcohol. We do allow Birthday Cakes, or cakes for special occasions.
I Would Like to Drink and Am Clearly of Age, Do I have to HAve my ID to Be Served at the Bar?
Yes, we require all guests to show a form of ID if they wish to be served any alcoholic beverage.
Are Pets Allowed At your Facility?
Only service animals are allowed at Alley Cats.
Do You Have Go-Karts At Your Location?
Go Karts are only found at our Hurst Location off of Loop 820.
Bookings & Events
Do You Take Reservations for Lane Rentals?
No, we do not take reservations for lanes, everything is on a first come first serve basis.
You may always book a group package at least a week in advance to hold lanes.
How far in Advance do I have to Book A Birthday Party/Group Event?
All birthday parties must be booked at least a week in advance.
Can My Group Pay for Things Separately on their event tab?
No, the tab must be paid for in a full lump sum.
ACTIVITIES
Do I HAve to Wear Bowling Shoes While I am Bowling?
Yes, for your safety bowling shoes must be worn at all times while on the lanes.
What Size Shoes do you offer?
Toddler Size 8 up to Men’s Size 17
What are the requirements for Rock Climbing?
You must be at least 45 lbs. in order to Rock Climb.
What are the requirements for laser tag?
Can I use my game card to pay for bowling, food, or pool tables?
I Purchased a Game Card. How long Until the POints Expire?
Points on a game card are good for up to 2 years. You may bring your same card back numerous times and reuse it/ reload it.
